Co-Chair of Session 4 – The lab comes to the factory
Céline has been working in the analytical governance team of Danone for almost two years. She received her PhD in analytical chemistry from the University of Applied Life Sciences in Vienna and was leading the Department of residues and contaminants analysis of a contract laboratory for almost 13 years. She has over 15 years of experience in the analysis of food and environmental samples for contaminants and additives, and more recently for nutrients, as well as authenticity and allergens.
Her role within the analytical governance team of Danone is to define requirements and standards for the analysis of food safety parameters as well as for the detection of food fraud, being connected to both Danone internal labs and third-party laboratories.
